Life Insurance
As a full time, salaried manager with us, the company will pay the premium for a life insurance policy. The benefit is equal to one year of your salary. Plus, you can pay for additional coverage if you want to.
Long-term Disability
We also pay for long-term disability. If you are unable to work for medical reasons, you will receive 60% of your monthly earnings after a 60 day waiting period.
Short-term Disability
This is optional. If you sign up for it, it will cover you until the long term disability kicks in. If you need it, this is a great program at a great price.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Tax free spending! Flexible Spending Accounts are offered to all salaried employees. Employees may elect to defer up to $5,000 per year for medical expenses and $5,000 per year for dependent care expenses.
401(k)
This benefit is offered to full time, salaried employees who are over the age of 21. Highly compensated employees are not eligible to participate in this program.

Vacation Pay
We have 2 weeks of vacation waiting for you! All managers start accruing vacation the moment that they are hired and are able to take their earned time when it works for their schedule. Every manager is given 2 weeks for every calendar year, starting January 1.
Tuition Reimbursement
Get smart! At Brick House, all employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement of up to $1500.00 in each calendar year. Approved classes and good grades are part of the deal.
